What this website collects, which third parties it contacts, and why. It covers the website only, not any dealings conducted by telephone or in person.

What the site collects
Nothing is collected as you browse. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the site sets no cookies. Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so no request leaves your browser for them.

The enquiry form
What you type into the enquiry form is sent to our office by email and used to answer your enquiry. It is not sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list. Delivery is handled by Brevo, an email service provider, which processes the message in transit.

The export map
The map is drawn from OpenStreetMap data served by OpenFreeMap. When it loads, your browser requests map tiles directly from that service, which means your IP address and the parts of the map you view reach them rather than us. The map appears on the home page and the materials page only, and it loads nothing until you reach it.

Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, it records standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running. These logs are not used to build a profile of visitors.

Your enquiry, your call
If you would like the enquiry you sent us deleted, or a copy of what we hold, telephone the office and it will be dealt with. If you would rather not use the form at all, the telephone number reaches the same people.
