What this site is
It describes what the company trades and how it works, so that a prospective seller or buyer can decide whether to make contact. It is not a shop and no transaction is completed through it.

Listed grades are not an offer
The materials and grades shown are the categories the company handles. They are indicative and do not constitute an offer to buy or sell, a quotation, or a warranty that any grade is in stock. Availability, condition, quantity and price are confirmed against the material in the yard at the time of enquiry.

An enquiry is not a contract
Submitting the enquiry form or telephoning the office begins a discussion. It creates no obligation on either side. Any purchase, sale or disposal contract takes effect only once its terms are agreed in writing.

Accuracy
The content is kept current as far as is practical, but the trade moves and details change. Anything you intend to rely on commercially should be confirmed with the office first.

The text, images, company name and mark on this site belong to the company or are used with permission. Map data is credited on the privacy page under its own licence.

Governing law
These terms and the use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
